In order to settle a dispute with TelcoVillage about the cases mentioned in § 47a TKG, the customer can initiate a conciliation procedure at the Consumer Conciliation Board Telecommunications of the Federal Network Agency in Bonn (Consumer Conciliation Board) by submitting an application. TelcoVillage is willing to participate in arbitration proceedings by the Federal Network Agency.
