Fair Use Policy (FUP):
25GB of mobile data per calendar month and up to 50GB over 30 days when roaming in 74 travel destinations. 500GB of mobile data per calendar month and up to 1TB over 30 days within the UK. Unlimited local calls to national networks and back to the UK are included. International calls, automated calls, robocalls, calls to premium numbers and any other non regular calls are not allowed. SMS are not allowed. Roaming outside the 74 mentioned travel destinations is not allowed. Failing to comply with FUP will result to the automated and irreversible deactivation of the eSIM profile. 5G Coverage where available.

The user needs to specify the date of activation.
The QR-Code for the eSIM Profile will be generated and delivered via email on that date.
The bundle is automatically enabled when the QR-Code is generate and valid for 30 days, including the day of activation.
Making calls and sending texts within Europe Zones 1 & 2 and back to the UK are included in the bundle.
For RoW destinations, making calls and sending texts within country or back to UK are included in the bundle.
All inbound calls and texts received on the +44 UK number are included in the bundle.
Making calls and sending texts outside the visited country are not allowed.
Connecting to a cellular network outside the supported countries is not allowed.
Making calls and sending texts to premium, shared-costs, short code or freephone numbers is not allowed.
Calls and text of any kind that are beyond the normal use of a regular consumer, are not allowed. e.g. but not limited to call centers, robo-calls, loops etc.
Breaking the FUP will lead to immediate and permanent deactivation of the eSIM.
A refund is only possible before a QR-Code has being generated by our system.
Once the QR-Code is generated, the bundle is not refundable.

There Fair User Policy will grant you 500GB of mobile data per calendar month within the UK and 25GB of mobile data per calendar month when roaming in any of the 74 travel destinations.
The data allowance is resetting on the 1st of each calendar month to 500GB and 25GB respectively.
For example, when booking on June 15th, the bundle is valid from June 15th across July 14th:
You get 500GB/25GB from June 15th until June 30th and again 500GB/25GB from July 1st to July 14th,
thus if you consume all 500GB/25GB in the first calendar month, you will get another 500GB/25GB in the following calendar month, thus 1TB/50GB in Total over 30 days.
Unfortunately, no. The eSIM profile can be downloaded only once.

The eSIM bundle starts when the QR-Code is generated. The QR-Code is generated and delivered on the activation date specified by the customer.
This eSIM bundle does not provide statistics, but you can use your phone's stats to track data usage.
To apply for a refund before a QR-Code has been generated, use the Return Form.
