Service activation and delivery of the QR-Code
You must specify the delivery date when placing the order. The service is activated and the QR-Code is delivered on the date specified by you. You can cancel the order before the service is activated, up to 2 days before the delivery date.
If you wish to order multiple eSIM Profiles on different delivery dates, then please place separate orders.

| Activation Policy | The user needs to specify the date of activation. The QR-Code for the eSIM Profile will be generated and delivered via email on that date. The bundle is automatically enabled when the QR-Code is generate and valid for 30 days, including the day of activation. |
| Fair Use Policy [FUP] | Making calls and sending texts within Europe Zones 1 & 2 and back to the UK are included in the bundle. For RoC destinations, making calls and sending texts within country or back to UK are included in the bundle. All inbound calls and texts received on the +44 UK number are included in the bundle. Making calls and sending texts outside the visited country are not allowed. Connecting to a cellular network outside the supported countries is not allowed. Making calls and sending texts to premium, shared-costs, short code or freephone numbers is not allowed.
